Excessive exposure of the sun's heat will result in a rise in one's body temperature and a loss of fluids. Although this may occur with anyone, it is most common in babies and in the elderly. With high temperatures and humidity can trigger migraines in almost anyone. In a environment that has excess heat, the body produces sweat from diverting fluids from the blood. The more you sweat the more body fluids and salts are loss. This may result in dehydration and heat exhaustion; this is a very serious condition that may lead to a heat stroke.

Migraines are not harmful but the pain can be severe. More than 17% of all women and 7% of men suffer from migraine. Also children are affected. There is no cure for migraine because the causes are still unknown yet. However, the symptoms can be treated. The best way to fight migraines is preventing them. It's known that some foods can trigger headaches. Find out if this is the case with you and get aware of what you eat. Sometimes simple things like that can make a big difference. When the migraine is on the way already try to lie down in a dark room with cold compresses and relax. Take some slow deep breaths. More oxygen can ease the migraine. Drink a coffee.
Migraine should never be accepted as something ‘you can live with.’ It’s as if you have something attached to you, absorbing your life force, and you choose a solution that can make you a little more comfortable while your life force is being drained out of you! The pain in your head is caused by an abnormal function of the blood vessels. Your brain itself can't hurt but the widening of the arteries causes the pain for some reason. How exactly it works is still unknown but everything that can narrow the arteries again helps to reduce the pain.
